Personnel Promotion System

Personnel Promotion System
Kumyang's promotion system includes regular promotion and special promotion.

Regular Personnel Promotion
We conduct regular personnel promotion tests once a year (Assistant Manager and Manager).
If you have worked for more than 3 years in the relevant position, you are eligible to take the regular promotion test.
Special Promotion
Employees who have a great contribution to the company because of their excellent job performance can be promoted regardless of the eligibility criteria for career ladder progression.
Voluntary Transfer Program
An employee may request a voluntary transfer to different department or workplace (business location). Such request will be reflected when there is company-wide personnel moves or corporate reshuffle.
